It is with much sadness & great regret that I must inform you all that the under 15's side has folded due to a lack of numbers within the squad who wanted to continue for one final year as under 16's. I would like to thank all those boys who played for the team over the last couple of seasons and hope you enjoyed the success that we were able to acheive together as much as I did. For those that chose to see if the grass is really greener on the other side of the fence I wish you the best of luck, and for those that did commit to play for one final season I give a big thank you for staying loyal to the team and I will personally do all I can to assist you in finding new teams for next season.
Would moving kids' football to a summer game help improve the development of young footballers?
Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
